Mechatronics Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Taking the job requirements from respective teams.
- Checking the necessity and posting job.
- Selecting resumes and arranging for interviews.
- Sturucturing CTC for selected candidates and negotiating and releasing the offer letter/s.
- Developing KPI and KPA documents.
- Understanding company and management and structuring the job roles and resposibilities accordingly.

- Onboarding and giving induction to the team onboarded.
- Structuring policies and making sure they are being implemented .
- Employee safety and good working conditions.
- Taking inputs from reporting managers and structuring bonus and variable pay accordingly.

Production Manager
PLC Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their mechanical or electrical automation needs.
- Drawing electrical or mechanical schematics to demonstrate how processes will work.
- Developing and installing machine programs using automation software and custom coding languages.
- HMI Programming and control panel designing
- Determining machine automation test criteria before the final installation.
- Testing automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.
- Troubleshooting system errors.
- Overseeing the successful installation of PLC programs.
- Documenting development processes.
- Providing clients with technical support.
- Traveling to clients' locations.
Embedded Hardware Engineer
Qualifications:
- Understanding of programming languages, microprocessors, electronics, communications, process control theory, emulators, debuggers, organizational skills, and office-type computer software in general.
- Willingness to solve unknown technical problems with little or no instruction, documentation, or supervision.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and their interactions Knowledge IoT landscape Must be deadline oriented.
- at least 3-5 years experience
Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of electronic CAD software preferably Altium.
- Solid understanding of EMI/RFI protection.
- Knowledge of common electronic communication standards, practices, and theories.
- Experience with microprocessor or microcontroller theory.
- Experience in intrinsically safe design practices.
- Knowledge of industrial communication physical layer.
- Knowledge of industrial wireless communication protocols is a plus (Wireless HART, LoRa, Bluetooth, BLE).
- Experience designing equipment to operate in high EMI/RFI environments.
- Familiarity with design requirements required for International standards such as ATEX and IECEX.
- Working knowledge low power electronics and sensors.
- Product design background, including design work that integrates mechanisms and electronics.
- Designs electronic, electrical and electro-mechanical circuits and integrated systems, utilizing appropriate technologies.
- Strong command of schematic capture and layout CAD tools (Altium is preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with circuit design; specifically in the areas of DC-DC converters,motor drivers, transceivers, embedded microcontrollers, bus protocols (such as RS232, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet) and optimizing for battery powered systems.
- Experience authoring design documentation: concept of operations, requirements, and hardware design specification.
- Experience with multi-layer PCB design – split planes, signal integrity analysis, controlled impedance, stack-up definition, component library generation. Understanding of ground loops and mitigation strategies.
- Solid background in engineering debug analysis including the use of oscilloscopes, multi-meters, power supplies, and signal generators.
- Experience performing COTS trade studies and make-versus-buy decisions.
- Experience with vendor management; purchasing, RFQ’s, PCB fabrication/assembly services.
- May be required to perform other related duties as required.
Admin and Accounts Associate
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in commerce with relevant industry experience.
- Must know Tally, Microsoft Office 365, Excel (Intermediate profeciency)
Responsibilities:
- Data entry in tally / digital and also maintaining physical records.
- Filing GST
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepencies.
- Assisting accountant with budget making and reportin
- Preparing budget and expenses report on excel or spreadsheet.
- Handling reimbursements and employee OT and comp off.
- Releasing salary reports and payments
- Acting as accountant in the absence of accountant whenever necessary.
- Knowledge in trade finance, export import is required.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
- Review and file payroll documents.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
- Conduct internal asset audit.
- Bringing the necessary documents for management attention.
- Maintaining petty cash records.
