Mechatronics Engineer
Position Overview:
A Mechatronics Engineer designs, develops, and maintains intelligent systems that integrate mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering principles. They work on automated machinery, robotics, control systems, and smart devices across industries like manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, healthcare, and consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
System Design & Integration:
Develop and optimize mechatronic systems such as robotics, automated manufacturing lines, and smart appliances.
Integrate mechanical components, sensors, actuators, and control software for seamless operation.
Control Systems & Automation:
Design and program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
Implement feedback control systems (PID, neural networks, etc.) for precision automation.
Prototyping & Testing:
Build and test prototypes using CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), simulation tools (MATLAB, Simulink), and 3D printing.
Troubleshoot and refine systems for performance, reliability, and safety.
Software & AI Integration:
Write firmware and software for real-time control using C/C++, Python, and LabVIEW.
Incorporate machine learning and IoT technologies for smart, adaptive systems.
Collaboration & Project Management:
Work with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IEEE).
Maintenance & Optimization:
Diagnose and repair faults in existing systems.
Upgrade legacy systems with modern automation and AI capabilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD, PLC programming, and embedded systems.
Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet/IP).
Experience with robotics (ROS, robotic arms, drones) is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- PLC technical certification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a PLC programmer.
- Experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical processes.
- Understanding of software design principles.
- Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD software.
- Strong knowledge of PLC automation software and programming languages.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their mechanical or electrical automation needs.

Embedded Hardware Engineer
Qualifications:
- Understanding of programming languages, microprocessors, electronics, communications, process control theory, emulators, debuggers, organizational skills, and office-type computer software in general.
- Willingness to solve unknown technical problems with little or no instruction, documentation, or supervision.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and their interactions Knowledge IoT landscape Must be deadline oriented.

Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of electronic CAD software preferably Altium.
- Solid understanding of EMI/RFI protection.
- Knowledge of common electronic communication standards, practices, and theories.

- Knowledge of industrial communication physical layer.
- Knowledge of industrial wireless communication protocols is a plus (Wireless HART, LoRa, Bluetooth, BLE).

- Working knowledge low power electronics and sensors.
- Product design background, including design work that integrates mechanisms and electronics.
- Designs electronic, electrical and electro-mechanical circuits and integrated systems, utilizing appropriate technologies.
- Strong command of schematic capture and layout CAD tools (Altium is preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with circuit design; specifically in the areas of DC-DC converters,motor drivers, transceivers, embedded microcontrollers, bus protocols (such as RS232, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet) and optimizing for battery powered systems.
- Experience authoring design documentation: concept of operations, requirements, and hardware design specification.
- Experience with multi-layer PCB design – split planes, signal integrity analysis, controlled impedance, stack-up definition, component library generation. Understanding of ground loops and mitigation strategies.
- Solid background in engineering debug analysis including the use of oscilloscopes, multi-meters, power supplies, and signal generators.
- Experience performing COTS trade studies and make-versus-buy decisions.
- Experience with vendor management; purchasing, RFQ’s, PCB fabrication/assembly services.
- May be required to perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors in commerce with relevant industry experience.
- Must know Tally, Microsoft Office 365, Excel (Intermediate profeciency)
Responsibilities:
- Data entry in tally / digital and also maintaining physical records.
